Avery Phelps

Avery is a sophomore with a major in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and a minor in Spanish. She is on the pre-med track and plans to go to medical school after graduating. Avery is involved with the neuroscience club, AED, dance marathon, and reformed university fellowship. She also does neuroscience research with the Neurodevelopmental Disorders Lab where she does pre and post assessment prep. In her free time she loves trying new coffee shops, taking walks, baking, and being with friends. Avery’s favorite thing about neuroscience club is learning about the ways neuroscience can be used in other professions and learning about different neurological disorders.
